1. Name change  

Your accounting system and invoicing should reflect the name change to Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited, as below.   

  • Entity legal name: Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited  
  • Trading as: Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited  
  • Company number: 3089627  
  • GST number: 105 233 221  

2. Supplier invoicing 

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited suppliers are held in the Auckland Council finance system; and transactions will continue to be processed this way. Please remember that payment requires the Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited purchase order to be quoted on the invoice. Send your supplier invoices to invoices@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz.  

3. If you invoice both entities: Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Trust  

Please ensure you process any invoices to the correct organisation: Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Trust is a registered charity and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited is a registered company. These are  seperate organisations for Inland Revenue Department tax purposes.  

Please don’t combine any invoices between Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Limited or Tātaki Auckland Unlimited Trust.  

4. Contracts
